She was born in Hiroshima. Published Japanese translation of “Kundalini Yoga “ by Shakta Kaur Khalsa from Gaia Books.
She is the very first Japanese Professional Teacher Trainer approved by KRI ( Kundalini Research Institute, USA).Started practice Kundalini Yoga late 1990. Last generation directly taught by Yogi Bhajan. Certified as International Kundalini Yoga Teacher in USA, then study all around the world.
She is a Japanese first Professional Teacher Trainer. As Trainer, she guided and helped more than 20 Teacher Training mainly China and Taiwan.
She found so much joy to share the teaching of Yogi Bhajan and this yogic technology. During relaxation she play her hand-made lyra, that takes your soul away.

広島県出身。ガイアブックス刊行『クンダリーニヨーガ』監修。
日本人初の米国KRI（クンダリーニ研究所）認定プロフェッショナルティーチャートレーナー。90年代後半よりクンダリーニヨガを始め、米国にて講師資格取得。晩年のヨギ・バジャン師より直接指導を受ける。米国はもとより世界中で研鑽を重ねる。ティーチャートレーナーとして中国、台湾、インドネシアなどを中心に20以上のトレーニングに関わり、多くの教師を養成。
ヨギ・バジャンの教えによるクンダリーニヨガをそのままの形でシェアする事に喜びを感じている。リラクゼーション中のソウルサウンドヒーリングライアー（手作りの洋琴）演奏も好評。
